Personal data

We only process data you submit yourself (for example name, email address, message, or event signup) and only for the purpose you consent to — such as campaign updates, newsletter, donation confirmation, or contact about Merkin March. Access is limited to people working on Schaamteloos. We do not keep data longer than needed for that purpose.

For email and newsletter we use EmailOctopus; for transactional and internal mail MailerSend; for payments Mollie; for hosting, forms, and secured internal dashboards Google Firebase / Google Cloud. Confirmation emails may include a copy (BCC) to info@schaamteloos.org. You can unsubscribe via links in campaign emails or by emailing us.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@schaamteloos.org.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Analytics cookies are denied by default. Analytics helps us see whether visitors find information and whether the site works — not to track you across other websites.

Donations

Donations via schaamteloos.org are voluntary: you support our work without receiving anything in return. Once your payment is confirmed, the donation is final. Refunds are only given where the law requires — for example in case of a duplicate charge or an unauthorized payment. In that case, please contact us at info@schaamteloos.org.

Payments are processed securely via Mollie, a certified Dutch payment service provider. Your payment details are handled by Mollie; we do not store bank or card details. You will receive a confirmation by email once your payment is complete. The thank-you page shows your name or email only through a secured link after payment.
